What does this do?

Tabulator provides a simple way to generate static tables for use in Power BI and Excel.

By enterring or pasting tabular data, you can choose between the two output languages with various output format options. Reverse conversion is also supported.

Okay, so you have rows and columns. DAX and M want that same grid written as code, but that's a lot of work. Let Tabulator do the heavy work for you.
